What is a Joint Venture?

Anytime that two or more people (or businesses) co-operate to "get ahead", that's a Joint Venture.

Can be as simple as two businesses sharing leads.  A real estate agent cooperating with a moving company; when someone buys a house, there's a chance they'll need a moving company, so the realtor recommends a specific moving company, then gets a portion of the profits when the moving company gets paid by the realtor's new client.

Can be as large and complex as when Wal-Mart expanded into Mexico.  They Joint Ventured with another company that already had all of the distribution, trucks, contact people, warehouses, etc, all across Mexico.  Wal-Mart piggy-backed on that and rapidly entered Mexico.  They gave a portion of all the money that made to the company that shared distribution, trucks, contacts, warehouses, etc.

A *GREAT* Joint Venture is a win / win collaboration between two or more people, sharing resources to solve common problems and achieve goals. No limits, no catch, no selling, no manipulation, NO RISK to either party.

A *GREAT* JV Broker can add value to the lives of everyone they meet by connecting people and businesses to each other.  As Zig Ziglar said, "You can get anything you want out of life if you'll help enough other people to get what they want."

Business Owners...

Do any of these sound familiar:

  • Cash flow problems
  • High overhead
  • Shrinking margins
  • Expensive and risky advertising
  • Consultants and “coaches” that don’t deliver
  • Not enough time
  • Unproductive employees and salespeople
  • Powerful competition
  • Seasonal ups and downs
  • Unwelcome surprises
  • Low sales
  • Offshore competition
  • Price gouging
  • Networking meetings where nobody has any money
  • Stressed Out!?!?

Non-Business Owners...

  • Too much "month" at the end of the "money"
  • Rising bills but the same income
  • Lay-offs
  • Unexpected expenses
  • Increasing medical and housing costs
  • Sick of your boss or co-workers
  • No time for your family
  • Can’t find a job
  • Sleepless nights
  • Financial pressure
  • Tired of get-rich-quick scams and schemes?

We have the Solution for You.

You are moments away from discovering how you can change your life around in the next few minutes! But wait, you may be asking what's the difference between NETWORKING and JOINT VENTURES? This is a commonly posed question.

Most people who are networking are there to sell one product or service and they're trying to find buyers. They are not interested in what you want and they will instantly lose interest in you if you don't haul out your wallet.

It's Time to Stop Selling, and Start Partnering to make Profit

The JV Broker solves - he or she doesn't sell. If he or she helps someone solve their problem by linking them up with a resource, the JV Broker makes money. They get paid for results, not promises.

Someone who truly understands the Joint Venture mind set can make a fortune from Networking. The emphasis shifts from what you want and who you are to helping others and getting paid for it. Put your networking on steroids and triple your bottom line profit overnight by acquiring the JV mind set.

A Joint Venture Broker gets paid an on-going, regular commission on all the resulting business that results from his or her initiation or introduction.
